2.2 Advantages for cooling towers
1) Closed loop
Preventing the impurities into the system to block the cooling tubes, soft water is adopted to avoid overheating caused by scaling to the water pipes.
2) Automatic temperature control
Automatic start/stop spraying system to achieve effective control on the temperature of cycled cooling water, the temperature of the cooling water can be controlled below 40 ℃. With this function, the water & energy cost is reduced to the lowest point with intelligent control to the number of working fans and start & stop of spray pump.
3) No need of water pool and cooling tower
Low cost, small space occupancy, easy installation and move with the welder.
4) Cooling system structure
Galvanized iron beam.
5) High efficiency heat exchange
Four side air inlet louvers supply sufficient amount of wind blowing through cooling coils taking most of the heat away, which effect is strengthened via spray cooling water running through the cooling coils
3.6 Application Conditions
(1)Altitude lower than 3000m；
(2)Wet Bulb Temperature below 32℃, Anti-freeze required below 0℃ dry bulb temperature.
(3)Average value of daily maximum relative humidity during the wettest month at the operation site shall not exceed 90%.
(4)The most harmful atmospheric conditions are those with large existence of industrial smoke, chemical fumes, salt or heavy dust. Such airborne impurities are carried into the cooling tower and absorbed by the spray water to form a corrosive solution, in which cases special attention shall be paid to the water treatment system and cooling tower construction materials.
(1) Site diagram is to be provided by the client.
(2) Requirement for the base:smooth concrete ground surface or slabs is; metal frame base is also acceptable.
(3) For better cooling performance, the cooling towers should be placed where exist good ventilation and sun light shelter (direct sunlight will considerably increase spray water temperature).
The closed circuit cooling tower shall not be covered by plastic film for long term warehouse stock to avoid accelerating corrosion to PVC materials.
