Crossflow Industrial Water Cooling Towers Automatic Temperature Control
1) Closed loop
Preventing the impurities into the system to block the cooling tubes, soft water is adopted to avoid overheating caused by scaling to the water pipes.
2) Automatic temperature control
Automatic start/stop spraying system to achieve effective control on the temperature of cycled cooling water, the temperature of the cooling water can be controlled below 40 ℃. With this function, the water & energy cost is reduced to the lowest point with intelligent control to the number of working fans and start & stop of spray pump.
3) No need of water pool and cooling tower
Low cost, small space occupancy, easy installation and move with the welder.

1, Working fluid (water, oil o other liquid) flowing inside of the coils, which is enwrapped by spray water on the outside. The heat of water is transferred by coil and become the saturated vapor when meet the water and air.
2, the heat is exhausted out of the tower by the tower by the top fan; water is collected back to the bottom tank and circulates continuously. The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin in the process of circulation, and flow is the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style.
3, the most benefit of this style is can avoid scale formation on the outside of the coil. And this will apply especially to dealing with high temperature fluid (e.g. 60°C) or the fluid need big temperature difference (e.g. 60°C to 32°C).
Water cooling : When the fluid temperature is too high(surpassing setting temperature), the spray pump automatically spray the water on the pipe wall and form water film.Then the water film evaporats to absorb heat(latent heat of vaporization).Part of spray water becomes steam and is taken away by flowing air,the rest part becomes water drops and fall on the catch basin for next circulation The fluid inside the coil pipe is in closed loop and won’t lose theoretically.The consumption of spray water is only 0.1-0.2% of unit flow.
